IT IS AGAINST THE FEDERAL LAW TO RESELL USED HAIR, SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE LEFT THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR LOOKS WORN OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY

 

IF YOU HAPPEN TO RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL US AT GLAMBYMAAME@GMAIL.COM WITH PHOTOS OF THE UNWORN ITEMS WITHIN 48HRS OF RECEIPT. AFTER WE CONFIRM THE ORDER IS INCORRECT, WE'LL SEND YOU THE NEXT STEPS ON HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS AND BEGIN THE EXCHANGE PROCESS. 

 

ANY PACKAGE MAILED BACK TO OUR OFFICE  WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND AND THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER. 

 

IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS AND THE ITEM IS RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE RESENT TO CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS. 

 

WHEN SHIPPING BACK YOUR ITEMS PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND DETAILS OF THE EXCHANGE.

 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT SHIPPING ON ANY ORDER TAKES 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE IN WHICH YOUR ORDER  IS AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE WILL REQUIRE 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU MAY NOT REQUEST A REFUND OF ANY ORDER PRIOR TO THE ABOVE SHIPPING TIMELINE. BUSINESS DAYS ARE TUESDAY- FRIDAYS.
